Hi all!
I know I haven’t posted here in ages, but I have a perfectly good reason and I wanted to show you all. This summer I took a job that has led to spend 8 hours a day outside in the sun. Now, while this has given me what is quite possibly the best farmer’s tan ever seen – the change in skin color where my sock line begins is especially attractive – it has also led to me taking some incredible pictures. My photography skills have definitely improved from this experience and that’s been an extra, unexpected and definitely most welcome bonus. As a lot of you know, I sell my photography work at my other website: Giles Photography & Film. I’ve spent a lot of today posting my work from this summer at this site; hence, this posting to let you all know to feel free to swing on over there to take a look at my work. Heck, a little shameless self-promotion is good for the soul, right?
In what little free time I’ve had, I’ve fallen totally in love with Dulé Hill. Now, no worries, I haven’t abandoned my 2 future husbands – Sawyer from Lost and Tim Riggins from Friday Night Lights (which is hands down one of the best television shows ever and if you’re not watching it SHAME ON YOU!) – but with the return of USA’s show, Psych, I’ve been reminded of what a great actor Dulé is. While James Roday is technically the “star” of the show, every scene Dulé is in he steals. He is absolutely hysterical and I was stunned to find out from my mother that his previous work was in a serious, dramatic role on The West Wing because this guy’s comedic abilities are hands down some of the best I’ve ever seen. Feel free to check him out and prove me wrong. I dare you!
