Hi all!
Tomorrow I will be filming in Reavis 204. This will be for the film I am making about Professor Van Cromphout. There is a sign up sheet outside the door (incase you missed it). There will be other dates in January, as well. If you can't make any of the dates, don't worry. I will be making arrangements for people who fall into that category. Everyone who wants to participate will be included even if it means making special arrangements. Wish me luck!
I just checked the websites I go to and saw this . . .
Saw and Saw 2 producer Gregg Hoffman died suddenly on Sunday morning at the age of 42. The Phoenix-native was admitted to Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital overnight after complaining of neck pain. Lions Gate Entertainment, who distributed his latest films, issued a statement on Monday, declaring he had died of natural causes. However, an autopsy is pending. Hoffman's tragic death comes less than two months after Saw II hit the top spot in the US box office, grossing $85 million since its October opening. Oren Koules, one of Hoffman's partners at Twisted Pictures, says, "He never put himself in front of anybody. He never did anything for the ego - everything he did was for the betterment of the movie." The producer is survived by his widow Lucienne, their children Jared and Luke, mother Stephanie and sister Tracy. A memorial service has been scheduled for Thursday at Mount Sinai Memorial Park.
. . . That is very sad news! I went into the first Saw not expecting much of anything and walked out incredibly happy I'd gone to see it. What a great, but incredibly disturbing movie! It's a shame to see that we won't get to see more of Hoffman's work. I was looking forward to it.
Hi everyone! I am currently in the process of having a co-worker re-design my entire webpage. Due to that, I've held off on posting the update I promised. I want to keep him from having to do any extra work. You're welcome, Ryan! ;) Anyway, keep checking back. It should be up and running in a few weeks. I plan to have my portfolio up with it this time so there will be a lot of new stuff to look at. Here's a sample taken by my friend, Zuzi, when we went to visit my other friend, Dondi. That's me in Zuzi's cape, by the way. LOL.
